How do I access my purchases?

Log into the LifeThriver Hub and you’ll see access to everything you’ve purchased on the left sidebar.
If you don’t remember your password, click Forgot Password and make sure you reset using the same email you purchased with.

My reset link says “expired.” What should I do?

Use the main login page and click Forgot Password to generate a fresh reset link.

Be sure to use the email you purchased with.

If you still can’t get in, submit a support ticket and we’ll help.


I can’t find my access email.

Check spam/promotions first. If you still don’t see it, submit a support ticket and we’ll resend access instructions.

Where is my receipt?

Receipts are emailed automatically to the email address used at checkout.
If you need another copy, submit a ticket and we’ll resend it.

I was charged twice, why?

In most cases, two charges means two separate items were purchased during checkout (for example: a main product + an add-on that were the same price). If something looks incorrect, submit a support ticket and we’ll review it.

How do refunds work?

If you’d like a refund, submit a support ticket and select Billing/Refunds so we can review your request quickly.

Important: if a PayPal dispute/chargeback has already been opened, we may be unable to process a refund until the dispute is closed.

Do I have to send a newsletter every day?

No. You can publish your newsletter on a schedule that fits your life (weekly, biweekly, etc.). We give many examples to choose from based on your personal strategy inside of the LifeThriver Game Quest 1.If you’re unsure what cadence to choose you can chat with ATLAS or become a PLAYER and hop on our weekly calls to get personal guidance..

I’m getting a warning in my newsletter account  / my account says I violated rules. Can support fix that?

These are platform-specific issues we can’t diagnose through LifeThriver support. However, you can post the details of your issue in the Community Courtyard so the team can help you troubleshoot the setup and identify what might be triggering the warning.

I need to update my payment method.

For security reasons, we can’t accept payment details over email or chat.
Submit a support ticket and we’ll point you to the secure method available for your specific purchase platform (JVZoo / WarriorPlus / other).

How is the LifeThriver Income Game different from AI Scale Stack?
